These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Andrum website, content, free materials, emails, and related resources. Andrum is operated by Mariia Sokolova, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("Andrum," "we," "us," or "our").

1. What Andrum Provides
Andrum creates recorded audio practices and related materials for emotional regulation, anxious attachment moments, relational stress, and body-based support.
Our materials may include:
- recorded guided breathwork audio practices;
- written guides and practice descriptions;
- free practices and email materials;
- marketing, educational, and reflective content;
- product pages and checkout links hosted through Teachable.
2. Not Medical Or Mental Health Care
Andrum is not a medical provider, psychotherapy service, crisis service, or mental health clinic. Our materials do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or relationship condition.
Our practices are supportive self-regulation tools. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, medication, emergency care, or professional advice.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Andrum products or purchase our paid materials.
By using the website or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Use Of The Website And Materials
You agree to use Andrum materials only for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, resell, license, distribute, upload, or share paid materials;
- record, extract, or redistribute audio practices;
- use Andrum materials to create competing products;
- interfere with the website, platform, checkout, or product access;
- use the website or materials in a way that violates applicable law;
- misrepresent your identity or purchase access on behalf of someone else without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All Andrum content, including audio practices, written guides, website copy, brand materials, product names, design elements, and related materials, is owned by Andrum or used with permission.
Purchasing a product gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the product for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
6. User Communications
If you email us, submit a form, reply to content, or share feedback, you are responsible for the information you provide.
Please do not send us confidential medical records, diagnoses, or sensitive health information. We cannot provide medical or psychological advice by email.
If you send testimonials, feedback, or comments, we may ask for your permission before using them publicly.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Andrum products are sold and delivered through Teachable. Your use of Teachable is also governed by Teachable's own terms, privacy policy, payment rules, and platform policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, or other services that we do not control.
8. No Guaranteed Results
People respond differently to breathwork, emotional regulation practices, and self-support tools. We do not guarantee that any practice will produce a specific feeling, outcome, relationship result, mental state, or health benefit.
Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and do not promise typical or guaranteed results.
9. Safety And Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether Andrum practices are appropriate for you.
Before using breathwork or body-based practices, please read our Medical and Psychological Disclaimer. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have a history of seizures, have severe breathing difficulty, have a psychiatric condition, or are unsure whether breathwork is safe for you, consult a qualified professional before using the practices.
Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, overwhelmed, unsafe, or unwell.
10. Purchases
Purchases of paid Andrum products are governed by our Terms of Sale and Refund Policy, as well as applicable Teachable checkout terms.

11. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrum and Mariia Sokolova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website, products, practices, emails, or materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold Andrum and Mariia Sokolova harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or materials, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
