These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase paid Andrum recorded audio practices or related digital materials. Andrum is operated by Mariia Sokolova, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("Andrum," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing an Andrum product, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical and Psychological Disclaimer.
For questions, contact hello@andrum.space.
1. Products
Andrum sells recorded guided audio practices and related written materials for emotional regulation and body-based support in relational stress moments.
The current Andrum SOS Practices product includes recorded breathwork audio practices designed for states such as anxious activation, racing thoughts, shame, jealousy, urgency to reach out, freeze, and anger.
Product details, pricing, and access instructions are shown on the product page and/or Teachable checkout page at the time of purchase.
2. Digital Delivery Through Teachable
Andrum products are hosted, sold, and delivered through Teachable.
After purchase, you should receive access through Teachable using the email address provided at checkout. Access may require creating or logging into a Teachable account.
If you do not receive access after purchase, contact hello@andrum.space with the email used at checkout and any purchase receipt or order information available.
3. Pricing And Payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Prices may be listed in USD or another currency depending on Teachable settings, your location, and applicable payment processing rules.
Teachable and/or its payment providers process payments. We do not directly store full payment card details.
Taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges may be added at checkout depending on your location and applicable law.
4. License And Access
When you purchase an Andrum digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the product for yourself.
You may not share, resell, upload, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform the audio practices or written materials.
Access is intended for the purchaser only.
5. No Professional Advice
Andrum products are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis care, diagnosis, or treatment. They are self-support tools for emotional regulation.
Please read the Medical and Psychological Disclaimer before using any practice.
6. Health And Safety Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether the practices are suitable for you.
Consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before using the practices if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, history of stroke, epilepsy, history of seizures, glaucoma, retinal condition, severe asthma symptoms, significant breathing difficulty, recent surgery or injury, panic attacks triggered by breathing changes, psychiatric condition, trauma history that may be activated by body-based work, or any other condition that could make breathwork unsafe.
Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, overwhelmed, unsafe, or unwell.
7. Results Are Not Guaranteed
The practices may feel supportive for some people and neutral, uncomfortable, or unsuitable for others.
We do not guarantee any specific emotional, physical, relational, psychological, or health outcome. Testimonials, product examples, and marketing language are not guarantees.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable Teachable terms.
At the time this document was prepared, Andrum follows Teachable's standard refund approach for eligible purchases made through Teachable Payments: students are generally eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment, unless a different policy is clearly stated or an exception applies under Teachable's terms.
Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. Product Changes
We may update product materials, improve audio files, adjust written guides, or change the way products are presented.
We may also discontinue or replace products. If you already purchased a product, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access according to Teachable functionality and applicable law.
10. Technical Requirements
You need internet access, an email address, and a compatible device or browser to access Teachable and play audio materials.
We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, email filters, browser settings, or third-party platform outages outside our control, but we will try to help with access issues where reasonably possible.
11. Chargebacks And Payment Issues
If there is a payment issue, duplicate charge, or access problem, please contact us first at hello@andrum.space so we can investigate.
Chargebacks may result in suspension of product access while the payment dispute is resolved.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
Because Andrum sells worldwide, some customers may have local legal rights that cannot be waived by contract.
