Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of paid Andrum recorded audio practices and related digital materials. Andrum is operated by Mariia Sokolova, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia.

1. Platform Used For Purchases
Andrum products are sold through Teachable. Refund eligibility may depend on Teachable's checkout settings, payment provider rules, and Teachable's applicable terms.
2. Standard Refund Period
At the time this policy was prepared, Andrum follows Teachable's standard refund approach for eligible purchases made through Teachable Payments.
Under Teachable's standard policy, students are generally eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment for eligible course or digital product purchases, unless a different refund policy is clearly stated or an exception applies under Teachable's terms.
If Teachable's platform terms change, Teachable's applicable checkout and refund rules may control the transaction.
3. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, email hello@andrum.space within 14 days of purchase.
Please include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- your name, if different from the checkout email;
- the product purchased;
- purchase date;
- order ID or receipt, if available.
We may need to coordinate with Teachable to process the refund.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, processing time may depend on Teachable, the payment processor, your bank, and your payment method.
Refunds usually return to the original payment method where possible.
5. Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, your access to the purchased product may be removed or disabled.
6. Non-Refundable Items And Exceptions
Certain purchases may not be refundable if:
- the refund request is made after the applicable refund period;
- the transaction is not eligible under Teachable's payment or platform rules;
- there is suspected abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing;
- a different refund policy was clearly stated at checkout for a specific product;
- applicable law allows the purchase to be treated as final after access to digital content has begun.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
